NetManage's Key Beliefs have been in existence for over a decade, and NetManage continues to have a strong culture of corporate ethics and citizenship. Our Code of Business Conduct provides NetManage employees with guidance for their business activities, placing a priority on establishing trust with our stakeholders. However, it is not enough to declare our good values. NetManage is committed to acting on them--through the potential of our technology and the way we conduct our business.

Purpose of the Code of Business Conduct

This Code of Business Conduct is a guide to help NetManage employees live up to NetManage's high ethical standards -- and their own. It summarizes many of the laws that NetManage and all its employees are required to live by. The Code goes beyond the legal minimums, however, by describing the ethical values we share as NetManage citizens.

This Code is neither a contract nor a comprehensive manual that covers every situation NetManage employees throughout the world might encounter. It highlights key issues and identifies policies and resources to help NetManage employees reach decisions that will make NetManage proud.
